SLIDE 81: Section Intro, Complete Design and Interview Playbook

Section 12: Complete Agent Design and Interview Playbook

This is the capstone section. It has two parts.

In the first part (Slides 82-87), we assemble the complete customer support agent architecture. Every component you learned across Sections 1-11, connected into one coherent system. You will see the full architecture diagram, the requirements that drove each decision, the data flow through a real interaction, the failure scenarios and how the system handles them, and the cost and performance analysis with concrete numbers.

In the second part (Slides 88-92), we cover the interview itself. How to present an agent system in 25 minutes, the most common questions interviewers ask about agent designs, how to handle uncertainty, and a course-wide reference table of every pattern you have learned.

By the end of this section, you can design a complete agent system from requirements to production architecture, and defend every decision under interview pressure.
